This news is talk about sustainable weapon in the war on plastic waste recently unveiled at the Dutch port city of Rotterdam.
Boyan Slat, CEO of the ocean clean up said “we need to clean up what’s already in the oceans, we also hope to tickle the other side of the equation preventing more plastic from reaching the ocean in the first place. What we found is 1.000 are responsible for 80% of the pollution, it’s quite achievable to solve this.”
Boyan slat says that he wants to clean up the river without harming animals or impeding river traffic.
Ocean clean up has deployed interceptors in Malaysia, Indonesia and Vietnam with a fourth destined for the Dominican republic.
Boyan slat says the company has agreements to scale up with the government of Thailand and the city of LA California that the ocean clean up vessels run on solar and hydro power the interceptor costs a little more than 3/4 million dollars.

So the conclusion is, as a human being we must save our earth, our environment especially save the river to save the other living things. We must save the river from plastic waste or other things that would impede the river traffic especially cause many disasters that will harmful many things. It’s not just at Dutch port city of Rotterdam, but all of the city in the world must save the environment. Save our earth then the earth will save you.
